DiaSys India is a global leader in design and development of high quality, reliable and innovative clinical diagnostic equipment in clinical chemistry, hematology, urinalysis and point-of-care testing.
Since many years DiaSys group has been present in India through distribution channels. Then moving up the ladder, DiaSys launched a company and had a successful operation with a local partner which helped to further consolidate the brand and the quality of DiaSys’ reagents.
Almost a decade ago, Piramal Diagnostic had a joint venture over this business. Piramal Diagnostics embarked upon the system strategy and also the PoCT venture: Two new legs!
DiaSys Diagnostics India Private Limited has entered into the Indian market by acquiring the diagnostics arm of Piramal Enterprises Ltd in September 2014. DiaSys built a state-of-the-art Indian manufacturing center, established an R&D center for PoCT with worldwide responsibility, growing an export business from DiaSys India in synergy with Germany.
DiaSys India (established September 2014) is a subsidiary of DiaSys Diagnostic Systems, having manufacturing infrastructure at Mahape (Navi Mumbai). DiaSys India ensures to meet the customer’s demand with quality of product and instant solution with POC devices. DiaSys India started as a small company with just 90 members, over 7 years has risen up to stand tall amongst the IVD business leaders in India with more than 180 employees. DiaSys India has a direct presence in all zones of the country (poles changed to zones) through four regional offices based at Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai and Mumbai, which are supporting more than 100 channel partners.
We have representatives in all major cities across India. DiaSys Diagnostic India Pvt Ltd sells and supports products of the following business units through direct operations through channel partners and distributors. In addition, India is the hub for the DiaSys group for research & development and manufacturing of POC products – Make in India & export using the global network. The manufacturing site of DiaSys India is located in the outskirts of Mumbai. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and equipment. The manufacturing unit is managed by highly qualified personnel and follows strict cGMP guidelines. The facility is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2012 certified. The manufacturing facility and products are approved by local as well as central drug regulatory authorities. Most QDx® product manufactured in this facility meets international guidelines and is CE marked (All the products are CE marked except Dengue and Typhi). Besides the Indian market the products are also marketed internationally. DiaSys is following its mantra “Choosing Quality” to be a solution provider for quality products, systems and services!
